Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your HeyChesto purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return any unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an unused item, please contact us at tanya@heychesto.com and specify the item you wish to exchange and the preferred alternative. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. International Returns
For international returns, please contact us at tanya@heychesto.com to arrange a return. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs or duties incurred.
